You can request deletion of your ECHO — Close Quarters account and associated server data without visiting a store.
This removes your account, sessions, purchase verification records, player keys and all rooms you hosted or joined from the active database. Purchases are not cancelled, and local offline progress remains on your device.
If you cannot use the app, send an account deletion request to info@curitex.co.uk. Include your ECHO account ID if you have it and whether you used Apple or Google sign-in. Do not send passwords, identity tokens, session tokens or purchase tokens. Support will reply with steps to verify that you own the account before removing it; an email address alone cannot establish ownership because ECHO does not retain sign-in email addresses.
This page provides a contact request route; it does not claim that a contact email itself authenticates you or deletes an account. If you can sign in to the app, its authenticated deletion action is immediate. Hosting backups and Apple or Google billing records follow those providers’ retention policies. If you sign in again with the same provider account, you can restore your own still-active store purchase.
